These terms cover your use of Damany, a holiday frame board for iPhone. By using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

The licence you get

Damany grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law says you may.

Your photographs and your work

The photographs you place into a stop, the captions you write and the lines you build belong to you. Damany claims no ownership over them and does not receive a copy of them. You are responsible for having the right to use any photograph you add to the app.

Foil and In-App Purchases

Damany uses a virtual item called Foil. Foil is bought through Apple's In-App Purchase and is used only inside the app, for example to render a holiday sheet. Foil has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between devices or people. Foil packs are consumable purchases and are not restorable. Balances and purchase records live on your device; if you delete the app or delete your account, remaining Foil is cleared with the rest of your data.

Payments are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us.

What Damany does not do

Damany is a local tool. It has no travel community, no following, no public sharing and no automatic posting to other services. It does not plan itineraries, does not use your location, and does not draw maps. It does not read or create barcodes or QR codes.

Acceptable use

Do not use Damany to create or distribute material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts other people in a way they have not agreed to. You are responsible for what you make with the app.

Availability and changes

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new date on this page. We do not promise that the app will always be available or free of faults, and we may stop supporting it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Damany is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of photographs, loss of Foil, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
