Damany is a holiday frame board for iPhone. Here are answers to the questions that come up most often.

A stop will not go into my sheet

Every stop needs at least one photograph placed inside the frame opening, and the crop needs to be locked. If a stop still shows a note under the button, open the stop, tap Adjust Focus, position the photograph and tap Lock Focus Window. Changing the photograph or the frame mould clears the crop, so it has to be set again.

How much does a sheet cost?

Building a line is free: stops, photographs, crop, marks, motion elements and captions all cost nothing, and previewing the sheet is free too. Rendering the finished sheet uses one Foil. If a render fails or you cancel it, the Foil is not taken.

I bought Foil and the balance did not change

Open the foil drawer and wait a moment; unfinished purchases are replayed automatically at launch. Foil packs are consumable, so they cannot be restored. If a balance still looks wrong, tell us the date of the purchase and we will look into it.

Camera, photos or microphone

Each permission is only requested when you tap the action that needs it. If you decline, the rest of the app still works: you can pick a photograph from your library instead of taking one, and you can type a caption instead of dictating it. To change a choice later, open iOS Settings and find Damany.

Where is my work stored?

Everything lives on this phone. There is no account and no sync. Delete Account in the foil drawer clears the stored lines, stops, photograph copies, marks, captions, sheets, balance and purchase records.
